Sephora aimed to establish a digital factory to enhance e-commerce, middle-office, mobile app, and in-store digital operations. The initiative seeks to promote an Agile mindset, optimize time to market and development costs, and improve overall flexibility and delivery quality.

The proposed target operating model for Sephora's dev factory focuses on key capabilities in people, organization, governance, and process, developed through collaborative workshops with stakeholders from both business and IT.

SACEM (Society of Authors, Composers and Publishers of Music) was under increased pressure, processing increasing volumes of data due to multi-territorial deals and the digitization of content delivery. Existing systems were straining under the complexity of managing royalties.

Enter PALO IT – we developed a new system that improved data processing capabilities and enhanced the accuracy and speed of royalty redistribution. This included creating a consolidated user interface that supports multi-role profiles, and boosts processing speed.

The insurance industry is burdened by overly complex contracts that are difficult for policyholders to understand. Managing and updating these contracts is time-consuming, with potential for human error during document comparison.

In Clear Terms partnered with PALO IT to create DAIA, a SaaS solution leveraging generative AI to simplify insurance contracts. DAIA analyzes document quality, suggests improvements, and automates document comparison and standard contract creation.
