Banco Santander sought to develop open APIs to facilitate easy integration with external applications and internal APIs for the rapid launch of new products. The obstacle was to create an API strategy and business model that would support this initiative while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

PALO IT defined an API strategy aligned with the bank's strategic objectives, created an architectural framework, and established governance models for API lifecycle management. This approach ensured secure exposure of APIs while automating processes from request to deployment.

Orange Poland aimed to develop a mobile app that centralizes the activation, modification, and tracking of mobile services – it needed to interface Orange's info system, including CRM, billing, and payment. As a result, the team required a private API platform to expose and manage services consumed by the new apps.

PALO IT designed the architectural solution for the APIs and led the development phase, including microservices architecture. Our team also automated the business’ CI/CD pipeline, resulting in a scalable API platform deployed on Orange's public cloud.

YellowPepper enables issuers to quickly launch card and account-agnostic real-time payment solutions while offering value-added services such as tokenization, identity validation, and risk tools. Following its acquisition by VISA, YellowPepper aimed to enhance its service offerings.

PALO IT collaborated with YellowPepper on multiple projects, including the Visa Token Service Provider (V-TSP) and Issuer Token Service Provider (I-TSP), which facilitate secure transactions. The integration of an open API allows for seamless interaction.

Sephora wanted to speed its time-to-market by exposing its microservices to the web. The goal: to co-design an API management governance policy and implement an API gateway. The end-product needed to support an e-commerce website and mobile app traffic, all while driving the transformation of their digital factory.
