Background

S-Peak - Corporate Language Training is a startup that offers practical corporate language training, increasing employee productivity and company profitability. 

Even though it started as a traditional language academy, S-Peak currently has two platforms: a mobile app and an administrator portal. Its main differentiator is its ability to adapt to the needs of its clients.

Faced with the need to develop at maximum speed and at the lowest cost without losing quality,  PALO IT proposed S-Peak to implement DevOps as a Service (Daas).

Approach

While building in-house capabilities may be safer in the long run, building an in-house DevOps department is costly and time-consuming. 

The purpose of PALO IT's DevOps Engineers was to provide a DevOps service based on an ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Platform integrated with tools that guarantee:

  • Continuous integration and delivery: Continuous code integration and versioning of code and artifacts
  • Continuous monitoring: Continuous monitoring of your space

  • Continuous Security (DevSecOps): Quality and security vulnerability scans in the code
