The PALO IT team partnered with Neurum Health to run intensive user research to better understand why and how people were using their platform and well-being applications as a whole.
Relying on intensive market research and competitive analysis, the team uncovered: better preferences and flows for consuming content, ensuring onboarding was both guided and as seamless as possible—allowing for more time spent on wellness, and less time spent on app processes.
